By making real engineering practices reusable without imposing a large framework, it keeps token costs and setup complexity low. You can choose only the skills you need.

Installing a second large package such as Superpowers for the same agent can cause trigger conflicts; the /setup-matt-pocock-skills step is required in every repo.
