MCP server and plugin that processes large tool outputs in isolation and preserves session memory
Runs large tool outputs in isolated subprocesses, shows the model only selected output, and keeps the rest queryable with SQLite FTS5/BM25. Its ability to recall file changes, tasks, and decisions after session compaction is valuable in long sessions. Particularly effective for heavy outputs such as Playwright snapshots, test logs, and large files that are read repeatedly.
Coding sessions centered on built-in tools and CLI workflows.
A code review on Hacker News noted that hooks can't modify MCP JSON-RPC responses before the model sees them; the 98% savings claim therefore doesn't apply to all MCP traffic, only to captured built-in/CLI outputs [9]. The README lists the ELv2 license; check its terms for commercial use.
